EVOX P3 Writer QA 利用規約

本利用規約は、テスト用アプリ「EVOX P3 Writer QA」の利用条件を定めます。本アプリは Google OAuth Testing 中の評価用であり、本番サービスではありません。

利用できるデータ

利用者は、自分が利用権限を持つ Google Drive ファイルだけを選択してください。本アプリは drive.file スコープのみを要求し、アプリで開いたファイル、利用者がアプリと共有したファイル、アプリが作成するファイルをテスト処理のために扱います。

現在のQAでは合成テストデータのみを使用します。実車ログ、ECUデータ、GPS/GNSS・位置情報、個人情報、機密情報を入力しないでください。アプリが作成したテスト結果は利用者の Google Drive に保存されます。

評価用ソフトウェアの制限

本アプリは未完成の評価用ソフトウェアです。結果の正確性、完全性、継続提供を保証しません。出力を車両の運転、整備、故障診断、安全判断、または制御に使用しないでください。実車の安全判断は、適切な検証と専門家の判断に基づいて行ってください。

禁止事項とアカウント権限

利用者は、権限のないファイルの使用、他者のデータの取り込み、認証の回避、または本アプリ・Google Drive の安全性を損なう行為をしてはなりません。Google Drive へのアクセス許可は Google アカウントの設定から取り消せます。既に作成されたファイルは利用者が Google Drive から管理・削除してください。
